  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the sour cream, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  5. In a small bowl, prepare the streusel topping by combining the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel topping.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
