  3. Add sour cream, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
