Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour, and beat until well combined.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust in each cupcake liner, filling almost to the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the muffin tin for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
