Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Roll out one puff pastry sheet and place it in the bottom of the dish.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry sheet.

Roll out the second puff pastry sheet and place it on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Melt the butter and brush it over the top pastry sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.

Drizzle honey and sprinkle powdered sugar on top before serving.
