Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
