Sno Ball Brownies are inspired by the popular Hostess Sno Balls, but with a delicious brownie twist!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

While the brownies are baking, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is well combined.

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

Pour the coconut mixture over the warm brownies, spreading it evenly.

Place the brownies in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
