In a large bowl, combine rice cereal, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and mini marshmallows.

In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish. Use the back of a spoon to press it down firmly.

Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bars.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are firm.
