S’mores are a popular campfire treat in the United States, typically made by sandwiching a roasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate between two graham crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing until well combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces over the top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly melted.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cut into squares and serve.
