S’more Brownies
S’more Brownies are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, S’mores. The combination of rich chocolate brownies, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham cracker crust creates a heavenly dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter over the graham cracker crust in the baking pan. Spread evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces over the top.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes. Then, refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
