Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and smoked gouda cheese until melted and smooth.

Add the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
