  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the apple slices. Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the apples and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into 3 equal-sized rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the cooked apple mixture onto the center of each pastry rectangle.
  7. Fold the pastry over the apples, creating a triangle shape, and press the edges to seal.
  8. Transfer the apple blossoms to the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops of the pastries with beaten egg.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastries are golden brown.
