Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
