  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
  2. In a separate pot, bring milk to a boil.
  3. Add the roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk and simmer until the vermicelli is cooked.
  4. Stir in sugar, dates, raisins, cashews, almonds, and pistachios.
  5. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands.
  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot or chilled.
