Cook wild rice according to package instructions.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt to make the crepe batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to form a thin crepe. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a separate skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and vegetable broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

To assemble, spoon the mushroom filling onto each crepe and roll it up. Place the filled crepes in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
