  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt to make the crepe batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to form a thin crepe. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
