  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture. Chop the Swiss chard.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil. Add the grated zucchini, chopped Swiss chard, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Mix well.
