Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture. Chop the Swiss chard.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil. Add the grated zucchini, chopped Swiss chard, Parmesan cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
