  1. Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add chopped onions, green chilies, and grated ginger. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add peas and cook for a few minutes. Then add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add mashed potatoes and mix everything together. Cook for a few minutes and then add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, carom seeds, salt, and water to make a smooth dough.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
  7. Cut the circle in half. Take one half and fold it into a cone shape, overlapping the edges.
  8. Fill the cone with the potato filling and seal the edges.
  9. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Carefully drop the samosas into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
