Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.

Boil the peas until tender. Drain and let cool.

Chop the pickles, boiled eggs, and green onions.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, boiled eggs, and green onions.

Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
