Rugelach

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, butter, and cream cheese until dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and wrap each in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each portion of dough into a 1/8-inch thick circle.

Spread fruit preserves on each circle of dough and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Roll up the dough tightly from the widest end, forming a crescent shape.

Place the rugelach on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the rugelach to cool for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
