  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and crumble.
  4. Add onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cooked onion and bell pepper, kidney beans, pinto beans, black beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
