In a large bowl, mix the flour, butter, and cream cheese until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out one disk of dough into a circle. Spread a thin layer of jam or preserves on top, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts.

Cut the dough into 8 wedges and roll each wedge tightly from the wider end to the tip. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
