  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one disk of dough into a circle. Spread a thin layer of jam or preserves on top, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
