Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the day-old bread into cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the bread cubes to the mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes, allowing the bread to absorb the liquid.

Grease a baking dish and pour half of the bread mixture into it.

Top with half of the canned peaches and drizzle with half of the dulce de leche.

Repeat the layers with the remaining bread mixture, peaches, and dulce de leche.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the bread pudding is golden and set.
