  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, and diced jalapeno pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are slightly charred.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, chili powder, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
