  4. Roast the pumpkin in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
  5. While the pumpkin is roasting, prepare the cheese fondue. Grate the cheddar cheese and gruyere cheese.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat. Add the grated cheeses and stir until melted and smooth.
