  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and red food coloring to make the reindeer antler frosting.
  8. Pipe the antler frosting onto the cupcakes using a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
  9. Insert two pretzels into each cupcake to create the reindeer antlers.
  10. Place two candy eyes on each cupcake, and use chocolate chips to create the reindeer's nose.
