  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the chocolate chips in the microwave.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Spoon about a teaspoon of the melted chocolate into the bottom of each paper-lined mini muffin cup.
  4. Drop a small spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each cup.
  5. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, covering it completely.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the cups to set.
