Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a mini cheesecake pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the mini cheesecake pan.

Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the jam into the cream cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the mini cheesecakes to a wire rack to cool completely.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
