  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, and fold until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the raspberries and mint leaves.
