Raspberry Cheese Ring
Cheesecake is believed to have originated in ancient Greece and was served to athletes during the first Olympic Games held in 776 BC.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon raspberry preserves over the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely.

Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries.
