Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture, stirring until smooth.

Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, and fold until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.

Scatter the raspberries over the top of the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 60 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
