Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

Add a different food coloring to each portion and mix until the colors are well incorporated.

Roll each colored dough into a log shape and stack them together.

Wrap the dough log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the dough log into cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
