  4. Add bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with lime wedges.
