  5. Add frozen peas and cook until heated through.
  6. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side.
  7. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
  8. Add cooked quinoa to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
  9. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  10. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  11. Garnish with sliced green onions.
