Quick and Easy Mini-Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden and were traditionally served on October 4th, known as Cinnamon Roll Day.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.

In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.

Starting from one long end, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

Cut the log into 12 equal-sized slices.

Place the slices into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, and melted butter until smooth.

Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.
