Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Spoon the strawberry jelly over the batter, avoiding the edges. Swirl the jelly into the batter using a knife or skewer. Pour the remaining batter over the jelly.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake is completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
