Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining batter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
