In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the greased baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
