  6. Press two-thirds of the pumpkin mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining pumpkin mixture on top of the crumble.
  9. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  10. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
