  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and pecan halves.
