Pumpkin Blondies
Blondies are often referred to as the ‘vanilla version’ of brownies, as they have a similar texture but lack cocoa or chocolate flavor.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
