  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix until just blended.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts and raisins.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
