Puff Pastry with Tomatoes and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.

Cut each sheet into 6 equal squares.

Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.

Place a slice of tomato and mozzarella cheese on each puff pastry square.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, torn basil leaves, salt, and black pepper over the tomatoes and cheese.

Drizzle olive oil over the puff pastry squares.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
