Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, soak the prunes, dried cherries, and dried apricots in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, unsalted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan.

Arrange the prunes, dried cherries, and dried apricots on top of the dough.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and brush the tart with apricot jam. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Let the tart cool for 30 minutes before serving.
