  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the prunes, dried cherries, and dried apricots in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, unsalted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan.
  5. Arrange the prunes, dried cherries, and dried apricots on top of the dough.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush the tart with apricot jam. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
