  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle a thin layer of the almond mixture evenly over the dough. Repeat this process with 3 more sheets of phyllo dough.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo dough into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place the phyllo squares on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the tarts are baking, mix together fresh berries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  7. Once the tarts are done, remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
