In a small bowl, mix together ground almonds, granulated sugar, and lemon zest.

Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle a thin layer of the almond mixture evenly over the dough. Repeat this process with 3 more sheets of phyllo dough.

Cut the layered phyllo dough into squares or rectangles.

Place the phyllo squares on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

While the tarts are baking, mix together fresh berries, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
