  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Place one pretzel in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter mixture on top of each pretzel in the muffin tin.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter in the muffin tin.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup.
  8. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the cups set for at least 1 hour.
  9. Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!
