Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.

Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water, then add cold water and frozen strawberries. Stir until slightly thickened.
