  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the pretzels into small pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the crushed pretzels. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Stir until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked pretzel crust.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the chocolate layer.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
