  5. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the slices with olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and cooked through.
