Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the dough into 4 equal squares.

Spread pizza sauce on each square, leaving a small border.

Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms.

Fold the squares in half to form pockets and seal the edges.

Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
