Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
