Pioneer Bread Pudding
Bread pudding is a traditional dessert that originated as a way to use up stale bread and prevent waste.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Tear the stale bread into small pieces and place in the greased baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all the bread is soaked.

Sprinkle raisins on top.

Dot the top with small pieces of butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
